The wonder of a smile

Be happy, keep smiling
Against all odds
Keep shining
Let not your guard down
Its your smile turned into a frown
Embrace your smile :-*a frown flipped upside-down*
A smile makes you complete
A smile solves the riddle
A smile finds that missing piece to the puzzle

So smile awhile
Rather, smile a wide
From one side to the other side
Expand your beauty
Some may say there is a limit to beauty
But how could it be when a smile does its duty
You aren't wonderful until you smile
Because when you activate that radiance
Beauty is unlocked
And wonder expands
A smile makes you look wonderful

A world like Facebook (IMAGINE)

Imagine a world like Facebook
Where pictures represented lifestyles
And status looks

Imagine a FRIEND
With a like button on their head
Comment at free will
Or scroll if you wish

Imagine blocking your personal profile
From outsiders trying to reach inside
And you get to decide
Who gets before your very eyes

Going offline on the ones you don't wish to speak with
Or signing out of life when done using it
It's a bit tricky
Because 'unfriending' true fiends could win you true enemies

It is a tricky world that we imagine
Mark, you are a genius
But what does that make us
Genuine??

Bottled Up Inside

The pain I feel is hard to hide
Too much to bare
But somehow I've managed to survive,
With it wrapped up, tangled up, bottled up inside.

The love I feel is too much to share,
Only if everyone I loved would care.
So I reserve my feelings to my side,
That's now wrapped up, tangled up, bottled up inside.

All the hatred, all the pride,
All the mixed feeling I held inside,
Its still wrapped up, tangled up, bottled up inside.

The thoughts I once had to tell,
Now turns to a secret closed behind my head,
Wrapped up, tangled up, bottled up inside.

All the pain, the love, the hatred and pride,
Burst out my eyes
That the spirit tries abundantly to hide,
But they are still wrapped up, tangled up, bottled up inside.

Moment for life

There are some that is stuck in changing,
Only for a time,
Some stuck looking forward
And some left behind,
But most are stuck in a moment for life.

A frequent space in time,
Some never sees.
Missed by the blink of an eye,
But in reliving that moment,
Most are stuck in that moment for life.

Eager to experience the misplaced moment,
That premonition is missed.
 Spare-heading danger predominantly,
One only experiences the feeling of being,
Stuck in that moment for life.

So while reminiscing
Allow the mind the prowl across the thoughts,
Probe intentions,
Suppress regrets,
So that we wont be,
Stuck in that moment for life.

Abstract Life

When i am longing to laugh,
I take a look on life.
Its funny how things are funny yet we never laughed,
What else do we fight to change when its already craft.

I am determined,
To determine my purpose in life.
No cheats, no answer-sheets,
We access reality through dreams.

Time is ever changing yet the clock never moves,
Sometimes a baseball bat reminds me of my mood.
Swing!!!
Then I'm back in the groove.

I once felt i was expecting too much from life's best,
But one never knows the limit of life
Until they have proven it limitless.

Realistic Optimism

As the sky dies,
And the sun sets.
Pray without ceasing,
Thank without regret.
Because its the realistic part of thinking that most people forget.

Everyone hopes that they will see another day,
Optimistically,
But being realistic,
Only tomorrow ever says.

Some tend to fight destiny,
That is  temporarily written permanently.
But what is true,
Is that someone knows but no one else has a clue.

Its frustrating living with expectations of death,
But its way easier to live with than continuous fret.
A self written future is organizing agony,
But when left up to the tutor,
Its more like an adventurous astrology.

On a Quest

I went in search for happiness
But only found pain.
And the misery I cannot explain.
The joy I requested was not what I received,
It got all complicated when:
Deception had me deceived.
The case was closed and the ball from my court
I could not judge,
But when my problems locked me up,
I fell in bondage. But i fought to hold on, conquer, and receive
Because after-all,
Happiness is what i want,
Need,
And I am willing to succeed by achieving success.
Or do just about anything else to get rid of my stress.
I cannot over-express this stress and stress this
That my strength lies in my deepest weakness.
